My 9 month has been opening his mouth quite a bit lately, is this anything to be concerned about? It looks like he is just resetting his jaw but he does it a couple times a day.

I would think he is fine as long as his mouth is clean and he doesn't have mouth rot. I have seen many snakes realign their jaws (not just after eating) If you watch them long enough they do all kinds of little things besides just sitting there waiting for food.
