Just wondering if anyone has kept this species of chameleon. I would like to import some for my own breeding project. I have found some old information on the species, but nothing really current.

Try emailing members of ADCHAM. There may be someone who has cared for this species. Obscure species like this should be kept with the view that we want to develop the most successful method of keeping and possibly breeding. It is possibly an uncommonly occurring species in the wild because of habitat rarity, so maybe we don't want to cultivate a "gotta have it" attitude in hobbyists.
Hello,
The Xeno's (bradypodian Xenorhinum) have had a very bad time in the US. They do not fare well from the importation process and have never really been successfully kept for any time period. They get more stressed than other species of Chameleons and over the years I believe they have had a very high if not 100% mortality rate. I have some arriving with my shipment from Uganda soon for just that reason. I will be keeping some to try and establish them myself. We have had a great success with the C.Melleri and decided to try our hand at the Zeno's. More than likely the animals I have arriving (other than the ones we are holding back)will not be sold to the general public because of their poor survivability in most keepers care. I have a few keepers that will be getting some from me to try and establish them as well. If you have any questions please feel free to e-mail me privately.
