I has been brought to my attention by someone who I have a great amount of respect for that I was rude and insensitive to you regarding my post to you on Hitler. Upon re-reading that post, I would agree. You have my apologies for that. Please don't misinterpret this as being in agreement with you on ANY other post or issue that you have submitted. I find many of your posts as equally insulting and arrogant. But right is right. Sorry. Now, where were we? Oh yeah, I'm right...you're wrong! Let's just take it from there, lol.

Any chance at all that some of the decisions being made by your government might be based on faulty intelligence reports? It seems with what’s been reported in the press so far in North America and England, that the weapons of mass destruction charges have been pumped up in order to make going into Iraq more palatable. Not that I disagree with the US going into Iraq. No matter how you cut it, Saddam was an evil SOB who deserved to go. I just think that at the very least, Senior officials might have been misled by the faulty data they were receiving.

Maybe, maybe not. Who cares? Not me. I believe we did what needed to be done. By the way, why would you ask a question of someone you regard as an "inbred, redneck, fanatical wingnut, as you so politely stated on July 25th. Am I wrong in thinking that you have zero respect for any opinion I have to offer based on that comment? Perhaps you are an instigator like the other two stooges. Or perhaps you're sincere. As far as I can tell you weren't involved in the debate on the 25th, unless of course you're one of those multiple user names people. As for whether or not the WMD claim is accurate, I think that's very important as it was the justification for invading Iraq in the first place. If we were misled about that claim, why not other things as well.

Who is this "we" you refer to? Do you live in the U.S.? What do you gain or lose either way? How exactly does the fact that YOU may or may not have been misled affect YOU personally? Do you think the U.S. was misled by Saddam as Judy stated below? Are you even reading any of the posts below? How do you know that "we" were misled. The fact that we haven't found them (WMD) yet does not mean that they don't or didn't exist. In any case, you condoned our actions toward Iraq. On July 25th you stated, and I quote, "As far as invading Iraq goes, I applaud the move. Saddam was a tyrant who deserved to be overthrown". Very strong words for someone who has a problem with such a pesky little detail which has not yet been disproven, don't ya' think? Or perhaps I'm wrong and you and Herpesconsoltants have proof that WMD in fact never existed. Care to share that evidence? The simple fact of the matter is that unless you live in this country, then "YOU" are not part of the "WE" that need to be concerned about whether or not Georgy boy lied to us. The people here will decide if he should stay in office or not by doing a little thing we like to refer to as "voting". Do you vote in the U.S.? I think, at least the last time I checked, that you can question a governments actions without being against that country. But I would like to know if the information that was offered to the world, not just the US people, since they were trying to persuade all of us to join them in this war, was factual. I disagree with the fact that 3,000 plus innocent Iraqi's have died because of the US and UK forces, and that hundreds more of our own soldiers continue to die. I do not disagree with the ousting of Saddam. I disagree with the techniques used, and the bullsh*t fed to the voters in order to win their approval. Lies are never good for a government, whatever the reason. If you trust this sort of regime then that's fine. They have their own interests, more than yours, in mind. There have been 6,000 plus killed in Iraq in the last decade. Half caused by Saddam, half caused by our forces. I just think it is total hipocrasy to think that one is better than the other! You don't, and that's fine. You have the right to have an opinion.

This is from CNN's website. It's in regards to Iraq having had weapons of mass destruction.

Former National Security Adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski said Sunday on CNN's "Late Edition," "It's clear that they weren't armed with these weapons. They didn't use them. We defeated their army in the field. We have control over their arsenals. We haven't found them."

Brzezinski had been a hawk on the war but now dismisses the notion the Iraqis hid the weapons -- calling that comical.

"If they had them, and they were armed to the teeth with them, why didn't they use them?" Brzezinski went on to say. "If they didn't use them and hid them, that means they were deterred. And how do you hide all of these hundreds and hundreds of weapons with which they're armed?"

Easy, just keep moving them. Perhaps to another country even. Also there are probably many reasons why they could not use them. For one, they would have been affected by them as well. After all, we were fighting on the same turf. They also may have compromised certain "escape routes" (tunnels, bunkers, etc.) by using WMD. I could be wrong, but I could be right.

I'm not so sure I'd put too much stock in what Boozerinski says.

The tone in discussions here in Europe is often much more harsher than in the U.S.

Due to the different mentality our language and the way we utter an issue is often sensed as rude by people in the U.S.
What I want to say is that it is very kind of you to apologize and it shows your well upbringing, but I was not offended by your lines so far and I think someone who can dish out must also be able to swallow.
