COMPLETE CLUTCH PICS

TOM_CRUTCHFIELD Jul 24, 2009 02:21 PM

Here is a pic of the complete second clutch. Patty typed the numbers but she as inaccurate on numbers. What I had was 10 babies of which 5 look like Fireflies, 3 that look like Fires, and 2 normals [although one normal look a little like a Fie and I'm unsure until it sheds]

.

Later I'll post pics of two examples from the first cluth where I thought the "Firefly looking Ball" was a fluke...Again thanks and any info would be appreciated...

It sounds like you will need a real expert to come down and check out your balls Tom.

If con is the opposite of pro, does that mean congress is the opposite of progress??

Tom, My opinion, based on these pics, is that you MAY have a second gene in the mix. The lighter hatchlings are lighter/different than sire and other Fire hatchlings I have seen.

However, the "different babies" are not as light as hatchling Flies I have seen out of the egg. Interesting clutch. Clearly, you will be comparing other clutches from sire with this one and waiting to see how the lighter babies color-up. Like you said --nice problems to have!!! lol
