Female stripe and a question

cherokee_reptile Jul 25, 2009 05:25 PM

Hey everyone My female stripe is going into a prelay shed. yes its late in the season but its a second clutch. My question for everyone that uses Steralite 28 qt sweater boxes in racks wha t do you use for nest boxes? I use to keep all of my gravid girls in 20l aquariums so i would use rubbermaid snap lid shoe boxes. I have switched everything over to a rack system and was courious what everyone uses for nest boxes.

a 6 quart sterilite shoe box will actually fit in a 28 quart box.
Just cut a hole large enogh for her to fit through, put in sphagnum moss and place it in one end of the larger box.
leave the water bowl and remove the hide.
