Yellow Belly Spinner & Spinner Blast

evansnakes Jul 26, 2009 09:23 AM

The mystery snake I posted turned out to be a super nice looking yellow belly lemon blast. Pictured are the yellow belly lemon blasts with their brand new siblings. I am very proud to introduce the yellow belly spinner and the yellow belly spinner blast! I believe they are the first of their kinds. Hope you enjoy them. I am just going to keep starring at them for a few days. Evan Stahl

Evan,

Congratulations on that clutch! I'm currently breeding a lemon blast to some yellowbellys. What traits are you seeing in the yellowbelly lemonblast that makes you know you what it is? What influence does the yellowbelly have over the lemonblast?

Thanks!

Garrick

Hey Garrick, they are much lighter colored, they lose all the dark flecking, have orange up the sides mixed with the yellow and their head almost looks like a super. The belly may have just a few yb flecks here and there. E

If you check out the post above for the killer bee yellow belly my buddy Tom hit a nice yellow belly lemon blast and his is much easier to tell because it has been through it's first shed. Mine will look more obvious after they shed. If you need one Garrick I am happy to trade you one. E
