what would be the best "cheap" incubator? are hovabators any good?

Would be used mostly for leopard gecko eggs maybe turtle n possibly pythons.

I never have heard of anyone complain about Hovobators. I do know of people using them with good success on every kind of egg, for many years. They are inexpensive no frills and do the job for smaller quantities of eggs.
I think there is one with a fan, that might be better.
Never used an incubator myself, so I can't say from personal experience.
