Hey! Look what I got today.

terryd Aug 02, 2009 06:29 PM

Still haven't had the bad looking egg hatch out yet, but not to worry, as the two good looking top eggs haven't pipped yet either.
But check out that fat black ring on the Honduran in the left of the photo, and the blackie buried next to it.

Here is the black ringed one.

And here is the one next to it.

Here we have some scale.

And the two together for contrast.

But this is what really got me pumped up today.
This little dude came from an 05 hypo to hypo pairing. I thought I was pushing the female a little early (and I was) but she dropped two eggs. The brown egg looked the best at first, and weeks later it went south, the other egg didn't look so hot, but it pulled through. I had to put anti-fungal cream on that egg to keep it from molding over, and it looks like it worked.

Scale again. Thanks for looking. -Dell

Right on Phil,
Plan on staying in Billings w/ me or Cole for a few days to herp.
And bring your herping muscle, and a good strong back, we have a lot of hillsides like this.

With rewards like this.-Dell

That hypo. syspila is friggin' awesome in person, but that dark Honduran is FANTASTIC. It's way better in the flesh than on the computer screen. Glorious animal.
