I would love to see pictures of evryone's adult red extremes. I am thinking about getting into them heavily and would really love to see as many different peoples pics of adult ones as possible. Thanks in advance!

here is a pic of my 07' extreme"red" that aint red at all,but a deep orange. maybe back in the day these were the closest thing to red there were.. nowadays there are much better animals being produced that are actually red or stay red for that matter. as an investment if your looking for red, ide look around.

this pic actually makes him redder then he is.

These are not Extremes from Justin. They are a pair of my own Red line. Completely unrelated to the Extreme line. Male in the top photo and my darkest, deepest red female in the lower photo. Some of the other females are more like the male. I like this darker red female and breed her to my albino. I believe she is similar to what some breeders describe as purple.

I would suggest that if possible, see the animal in person before you buy. This way you can avoid spending good $$$ and getting disappointed.

I have purchase 2 "red" phase hog last year, and when i get the hogs, they are brown wiht no hint of red. Which i end up selling them for much less than i paid.

Last month i purchase 2 allegedly "extreme reds" produced by Justin @ ExtremeHog.com. I did not get them directly from Justin. They are actually from 2 different sellers. These last 2 i just got does have some red, but i cannot label them as "extreme reds". The male is about 50grams and and the female is around 12grams. They are still kinda young, so hopefully they will color up a lot more. I personally will not purchase another "red" hog without seeing it in person.

Here is a pic of the male "Extreme Red". I also find that the pics come out nicer/redder than it really is in person. See how "red" it is in the pic? Well, i can tell you that in person, the hog looks nothing like the pic. I took the pic with a point and shoot camera under indirect sunlight. I would say most of the spots, are brownish. This is right after a shed.

Thanks for the response. I will take your advice as that's what I've been hearing a lot laterly. If I can't get it a show than I guess it's not worth getting.
