could be wrong but as far as I've seen they are more of a selective bred or random trait.
I've had a few pop in in my motley clutches.
so random but like anything else i'm sure if you breed two hurrican motleys together your chances of producing more would be a little higher.
I'm just not sure how predictable they are.
