Can you load pics through PHOTOS area on top? I cant see Photo Bucket from my work, it gets blocked. I am curious now..

OKReptileRescue Aug 05, 2009 12:26 PM

How do i re-size it and get it to save smaller?
I got it to shrink to the allowed pixel size but I can't save it--- its ticking me off lol.

Any help on making it smaller so I can put it in the photos thing.

Go to:

START>PROGRAMS>ACCESORIES>PAINT

Once Paint brush opens, you press FILE>OPEN and locate your photo in the correct file then double click.

Once pic opens select IMAGE>ATTRIBUTES, INCHES.

You want your photo to be 6-7" wide and 5-6' tall.

If it is much bigger, lets sat 12" X 12", you want to reduce by half. You can do this by going back to

IMAGE>STRETCH and SKEW and the reducing by 50% in this case. You would select 50% Horzontal and 50% Vertical (always keep same so pic doesnt distort).

Save as JPEG and load through PHOTOS and you should be good.

Also, if still too big you can check pixels by going back to:
IMAGE>ATTRIBUTES, PIXELS and verify you have less than I believe 1200 X 1000 or whatever they give you as max when you try and load.

It is really very easy.

I can make you a PowerPoint Presentation if you still are stuck and email it to you.

Whew!

thats awsome thank you-- I figured out but the way I did it was MUCH more complicated lmao-- thats great though- now I can do the rest of the pics.

Thank ya

If you make the 6" X 5", they will be alot easier for folks to see. The ones you posted are like 1.5" X 1.5"...LOL. Good wallet size - right?

OKReptileRescue Aug 05, 2009 02:28 PM

lets see if this is any better....

Love the striping. I dont know about het Pied and striping, but I do know I like Black Pastels with either Striping or floating circles on the sides with the white coming up from underneath.

Very nice!
