2yr old Guyana trio

kitchi Aug 05, 2009 02:50 PM

Some quick cage cleaning shots of the good stuff. First two are females and third one is a male. The first one is from the same bloodline as the connected saddle laddertails posted recently but from the year before. The second two are siblings from one of my 2007 Guyana litters and had great color. I like the fact that the red side medallions are still very red at this age.

I think the medallions are there to stay as red as they are....I really like the males floating saddles.

The first one is a yellow Brazilian male from the most peaked litter of Boaconstrictors I have ever seen.
The second one is a slightly closer view of one of the Guyana females above.
The third one is a very crytic marked Guyana I prodcued in 2007. It has big side markings and pink sides but, like many of its siblings, is going thru the BCC browning phase at this time. One of the nicest Guyanas I have ever seen/sold (later named Pandora) was very ugly during this phase. By the way, it was digesting food in that shot and is not that fat normally.

The first one is a very orange Sugar yearling. I have a sibling that is definitely nicer than a normal BCI but this one is super nice.

The second one is a yearling Suri-Squaretail from my litter last year. It is about the 3rd most pink one at the moment. I can not decide if I like the yellow ones, orange ones or pink ones the most.

You NEVER have to decide what you like the best because they're all gorgeous! Especially the animals in your collection!

Thanks for posting them Mike,

I love the variety in the Guyanans, your connected saddle animals are absolutely beautiful and definite standouts. I may consider widening my preferences beyond just really red examples...are you thinking of selling?

Very nice Mike. I love that color.

Take care,

Kevin
