Decided to try some outdoor pics for once. These were taken today at 6pm in the shade, camera on 'natural light' setting. (and text added in photoshop of course)

This is Redboy, one of the four babies I held back from Zahara's '06 litter. He's a hypo harleqiun.

Here he is with his sister Candy, but she was in blue and wasn't very photogenic. She also didn't want to hold still.

If so, then yes, that is a littermate to my 4 keepers, Redboy, Candy, Puzzle and Velvet. That has been my only harlequin litter (so far). Zahara always has such pretty kids and I love seeing updated pics! Did you breed that male?

I still can't believe that Zahara was a rescue. How many times
have you bred her now?

I got lucky to get this guy. He's a very clean, good looking
hypo.

This December I may breed him to an F3 pastel hypo. I'm not sure
yet. I may have 5 litters in 2010, that seems kind of high. I'm
thinking it over. (Your footnote/sig comes to mind)...

Just twice and both times she gave me 18 babies (she sure is reliable, ha!). She had the hypo harlis in '06 and the outcrossed het albinos this year. I'd like to try my red group jungle male with her and see what kind of jungles she makes.

I think that sounds like a really good pairing! I am looking forward to seeing super hypos from this line with Zah's blood in the mix. I hope to eventually make some F2s with my holdbacks and possibly put Redboy back to Zah and see what happens.

LOL I am thinking of trying 4 pairings this upcoming season myself, it might be too overwhelming though (but always good times).
