Shannon, First, congrats! But I am also very intrigued about the process and problems that did/could have occured procuring such a specimen from overseas. Not hijacking your thread, but can you post this process in detail so those of us who havent dealt with international import can become aquainted. This project only accentuates the interest. Thanks.

That Tyrosinase amelanism is a whole different look than the traditional, Tyrosinase - amelanism, isn't it?! It's especially pronounced in the juveniles, I see! Killer stuff, Shannon.

Give me a shout if you're going to make it out here

JKruse Aug 07, 2009 01:46 AM

that thing looks like tangerine sex...wow.

As for the signature, it's a bit of acting out considering the current re-classification status on zonata ssp....quite a bit of a stretch in my opinion with drastic over-generalization, but it will be interesting to see what happens to the protected status of pulchra once it's lumped in there with other southern forms as well as the status of zonata agalma. Which, actually, will bring me to the top of the page with my brewing question that i've yet to ask.......

In case you havent heard much on it, ask away.......

Glad you're back by the way. It's like the changing of the guards.........we need a changing of the comic relief e'ry now 'n' then.

Glad you can appreciate the sweet litle male abberant hypo. I have a pretty cool lookin' female sibling as well that will hopefully produce some bizarre neonates.

I can see I'll have to brush up on this latest hub-bub about this zonata re-classification stuff your talking about. When we talk on the phone soon, let me in on the deal that is being proposed. One thing is for sure, you have some ASS-KICKIN' stuff at the crib!..LOL!

And yes, I think I could contribute some well-placed savvy sarcasm here from time to time..LOL!

Wow, first thing that came to my mind when I saw that OBX king was a diamond python.......NICE!!!

I asked my z question in the appropriate forum.......I have a sense as to what the consensus is, but I thought I'd throw it out just for shi*s 'n' giggles......and those Hondos Douggy......OHHH BEHAAAAAVVVE!!!! Can't wait 'til they shag Doug....or shall I call you Number 2........?..........
