need suggestions for a science fair project involving chameleons

my son is 9 and has to start a science project in november. he wants to do one involving chameleons. does anyone have any suggestions we could use?

Dennis,

How the chameleon tongue works.
Make a model of it.. Thats what I would do if I were science fairing.
