well he ate a small mouse (hopper i think there referred to at its size) whacke dit we rit wuz twitching a little and got my copperhead who hasint eaten in 2 months to eta it but refuses to take another 1....under same cercumstances whacked and twitching he ate somthin so i was excited bout that....but still why is he refusing it after? i'm not rushing things right cuz i jsut got him ot eat somthin and dont wnat a regurgitating to happen it sbeen bout 3 days so i should be good but still its been 2 months i'm not taking my chances....any advice?
Leave the poor snake alone! If you got it to eat, be happy with that, he will be good for awhile, if he can live 2 months without eating, he will last more than 3 days on a meal. Try again in a week or two
Geeze, just leave the snake alone. This is a case of someone who didn't take the time to learn basic husbandry before getting into keeping venomous and wants to play with their new toy too much to the point that they're hurting the health of the animal.
Mebe puwit de mouse inda cage neks week r so, den git tit a new home rat awey.
