late eggs questions

cid143ti Aug 10, 2009 05:50 PM

If a female lays eggs late in the season, will this effect her for the following season? Should she be given a season off or will she just produce eggs late the following season?

Usually if she is real late that will keep her from breeding the next season. You can only feed her and feed her if she is fat and recovered then you could breed her, some will just be late season layers each year. . . . . . .
