I work at a pet shop and people bring in all kinds of animals they have caught with questions. Today someone brought in a garter [that I now have] that is almost all black except with two blue stripes running from its neck to its tail. And his belly scales and chin are also blue. But the coolest thing about him is when you hold him and his black scales move apart the skin in between is bright blue. I live near Seattle WA and have never seen a garter like this. Any comments are greatly appreciated. THANX
