She has Huge Pre Ov swelling that occurred for several weeks.
I almost gave up and yanked the male but stuck it out
She finally had a huge ovulation,I'm just not confident the ovum
were properly fertilized by the '04 CBLT Ronne Albino male

I just missed the birth came in minutes after. I guess 4 slugs. Not all babies were healthy one under formed Albino , a still
born Albino.1 Albino was still in the sack,turned out to be kinked, that's a goner ,1 Albino with the left
eye missing.Then I guess about 4 - 5 healthy Albino , 9 hets one of which was active then died mysteriously.

Many babies appear to have inherited the fathers CB pattern and some are
CBLT like dad looks to be some form of genetic pattern.

Sorry about the stills and soon to pass animals, over all though looks like a nice litter. The Pastel Dream albinos are definitely up there on my list of albino combos.

Thanks Randy, its hard to loose a few,but its part of it though.
It looks like all the rest are strong and healthy.
That kool looking het I lost was a strange situation.Active
healthy one minute climbed out of the tub onto the carpet and
acted like it hurt itself and passed 5 min later ,who knows !

Congratulations and if those color up like there supposed to one would be hard pressed to find a better looking albino. i only have vpi t-positve albinos but have often thought how the pastel dream gene would would look incorperated in the t ,s my t,s are young and im not real sure what direction i want to go with them yet but i have to admitt the pastel dream gene has crossed my mind many times...... good stuff regards......

I'm curious what that guy looks like now.

I like how you kept the ID #'s of your boas. Wouldn't it be
great if we could have a registry for all captive bred boas,
that would show when they were born, who produced them, and
what their linneage was.

Huge congrats Larry!! I know you've been waiting to see baby albinos in the goo for a while now, you must be thrilled! I really like their big blocky saddles and some of those albinos are already showing lots of color, super nice! Very cool CBLT pattern on some as well.

Too bad about the 'bad eggs' but it happens. I know it can be hard to see, especially with the babies born alive and otherwise acting healthy. Sometimes there are internal problems that can't be seen with the naked eye that cause them to pass away after birth. It's always hard to take though.

Regardless, you take the good with the bad, and you got some really good ones there.

6 years ago I decided this was the only Kahl Phenotype I would
attempt to reproduce.
