This kid is from a Milksnake Phase het motley crossed with a Milksnake Phase Motley... These Milksnake Phase throw all kinds of weird stuff, I don't know if it is motley or not. A lot of the non-motleys will have very few belly checks. This one has a few belly "smudges" and doesn't look anything like the other motleys that hatched from the clutch, then again he doesn't look like any of the normals either. Here is what a first clutch motley sibling looks like.
