when we get hurt

bigtman Aug 11, 2009 11:04 PM

We think about finding someone to take our snakes when we die, how about if we get hurt. I had an accident and just had major surgery done on my left shoulder and I won’t be able to use it for about two months, it’s in a sling and my arm is strapped in so it won’t move the shoulder. I have a male burm that is over 14 feet. There is no way I can get him out of his cage with one arm. Thank God I have a friend that is not to afraid to help me. I was surprised that she even offered to help. I just thought I would bring this up. It is something to think about. Also I am typing with one hand, so if I miss spell a word please forgive me. LOL

Having a back up plan comes as part of the responsibility of owning these animals.

We need to bring this up with AFLAC....J/K. But that's a good point.
