It's Snowtime!!

alstotton Aug 12, 2009 02:13 PM

5+ years in the making and eventually I strike it lucky I'm over the moon.
Got up yesterday morning to see a VERY nice surprise and after rubbing my eyes a bit realised it was not a dream.
The parents are the same pairing that produced the 'wtf' albino last season.!!
8 eggs,7 albino's,one snow.Quite good odds considering

This is a U.K. FIRST and i'd honestly given up hope last season.

Thanks for lookin'

Hey Randy,

Big THANKS buddy!! I'm very happy indeed to hit the Snow.

Especially with odds like 1 in 16! It sure makes life more difficult when you generally get a clutch of 8!.

Cheers........AL

Holy smokes! I'm not usually into the "pink/pale varieties" of snakes (albinos, snows) but that is very cool looking. Wow. Looks like it has a light inside of it. Congrats. That has to be an awesome feeling. That animal should be incredible looking as an adult. Good job
