My 2 year old, never had a problem Ackie seems like he can’t defecate. H is also bleeding from his rear end, but I’m not sure if the bleeding is from him dragging his rear on the paper towel I have him on right now. I figured the towel is more sanitary and better for what’s going on.
He eats mostly roaches with some crickets and some mice, but has only had roaches recently. Any idea what’s going on?

Hi!
If you're unable to figure out the cause of the blood then I strongly suggest a Vet visit ASAP.

If it's dragging it's rear end there are several possibilities, including but not limited to - impaction, dehydration (which usually goes hand-in-hand with impaction), MBD, spinal injury, etc...

Is it able to hold the rear section of it's body off the ground at all?

Does it appear to have full or limited use of it's hind legs?

Does the stomach seem bloated?

I suggest making sure it has plenty of drinking water and I would dust some mice with a calcium/vitamin D3 powder and see if it helps. However, I still suggest taking it to a qualified herp Vet ASAP.

Best wishes!
HH
