golden tree frog

po Aug 14, 2009 12:51 PM

a co worker recently adopted a golden tree frog who had been sold in good health from a pet store, but returned with sunken/missing eyes. he was hand fed @ the store before she adopted him but will not take crix now, he may be eating some now, hard to tell with moss in cage. any thoughts on missing/sunken eyes? and hints on golden frogs would be great. im a reptile girl and so of little help with frogs...
(i posted on the frog forum, no response, so im trying here)

When I think of frog health I think hydration and cleanliness. Can't be of much more help as I havn't had much to deal with of my own frogs. Perhaps ask around on www.caudata.org. It is where I turn for amphibian stuff.
