As long as you keep an eye on them you can raise them together. Keep your eyes open for signs of hostility. I had to adults that I tried putting together, there was a little big of chasing and tail nipping at first but no blood was drawn and now they are fine. If they need to be separated, then separate them.

hi !
thanks for your answer. I'm going to try to put them together. Have you got your own babies ? I ask you this because i would like to know what you gave them to eat when they're babies. Cause i gave them little larvae of blaptica dubia and blaberus atropos and they they seem to don't want to eat all days. I thouht that monitors are big eater. I would like to know if i can give them them fly larvae ? One thing they're born in august.
Thank you
PS
xcuse me for my english, i'm french...

i got my ackies as adults, but i've never heard of feeding ackies or any monitors fly larvae. i have had other monitors as juveniles, and i fed them on the biggest crickets that were appropriate for their size. vitamin dusted crickets are the way to go, until they are big enough to eat pinkies and then they get pinkies. sometimes we might throw in some ground turkey or something, but even as adults my monitors almost always get either crickets or pinkies.
