Question about shows

Do you have to have a business license or sellers permit to be a vendor at a show?

Can you be an idividual and sell at a show like you can as a claddified ad???

Thanks in advance to anyone that posts!

Some states require you to get a permit before you can sell at shows, but no, you do not have to be a business to sell at a show.

Just ask the people they took to jail from the expo for not having the permit. You need this permit for shows, pet shop sales, sales to wholsalers, classifieds or any other type of sale you can imagine. It isn't a difficult permit, they include an application when you apply to be a vendor at the expo.
Thanks Mike
