Congratulations!!! Another rare locale in private collections... I remember back in the days (1987) when my parents bought me a female Epicrates fordii from Tom Crutchfield. It was even more excited to find later that she was gravid and produce a couple of wigglers.... At that time we use to have the Puerto Rico Herpetological Society and I gave some away to members. I wished that I can find them....Lol. I hope one day to get my hands on some of those. The cool thing about them is that they don't require to much space. Keep us posted with his/her progress. Thanks for sharing!!

Good job Peter! There is always next year to try again. Here is a pic of one of a pair I picked up a little over a month ago. Been a long time since I had any but I have always liked the little boogers.

Jeff,

Very nice! Hey, if you get a chance, can you post some pics of your annulated tree boas? I know it's off topic, but I know at least one person would appreciate it.

Thanks,
Ed

See the TB forum.....If you know how to post multiple photos from the PB site, I would appreciate a crash course.

Thanks and best regards,
Jeff

Jeff,

Thanks for posting, great collection!

Regarding the pics, Photobucket makes it pretty easy. In the Photobucket album, if you put the cursor over the picture, you'll see a bunch of stuff come up right under the picture. If you just copy what's in the "IMG CODE" field and then paste into the Kingsnake post, you can put as many pics as you want in the KS post. For example, for the first picture in your album,
you'd copy/paste the following (well, the "xx" at the start won't be there, I put that there just so you can see the text)
into the KS post.

This one is very nice:

I've read these guys are pretty docile, do you find that to be true?

Thanks!
Ed

Hey Peter - congrats on the breeding!!! How are your tropes coming along? Jay/I are still waiting anxiously on the hopefully pregnant chryso and strigilatus.

BTW, we received the 1.2 chrysos from the Swiss guy last week - thanks very much for sending the contact info!

Regards, Ryan

Hello Ryan.

Thanks for the kind words.

Glad you got your hands on the trio of chrysogaster.

x fingers for your strigilatus and jay´s chrysogaster.

Regarding my Tropidophis then one of my females is getting huge.

Will start a new thread and post a shot of her.

Regards

Peter
