Here are two more snakes I'm having trouble nailing exact species down for. They were found in Xishuangbanna, southern Yunnan, near the border of Laos, around 500-700m.

I'm thinking Checkered Keelback for #1.
I'm not familiar with #2.

I agree about the first one being a Checkered Keelback but with so many species, it's hard to know for certain. The second one, as Chris said, is probably another type of keelback. I'll check to see if I can find something like it in my Hong Kong herp book this evening but HK isn't exactly next door to Yunan...
I agree, they are both some species of Rhabdophis, which are generally called keelbacks. I couldn't tell you which since there are about 20 species and many of them look very similar.

The first certainly does look like a Xenocrophis (piscator?)
the second reminds me of a species of Oligodon
