I GOT HER FROM TOM BURKE IN WHICH ALL THE LIPSTICK PARADOX BOAS SEEM TO HAVE THOSE FREAKISH LOOKS TO THEM. I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE IF THE GENETICS PROVE OUT WHICH I'M HOPING MIKE PINACHI WILL ACCOPMLISH THIS YEAR. THEN ITS ON!

If Those Boas have Panimanian Blood in them??? Rumor has it the
Panimanian Boas COULD be the cause of the Paradox... IMO

I HAVE NOT ASKED BUT NOW I WILL THERE IS SOMETHING WITH THE LIPSTICK LINE THAT JUST SEEM TO PRODUCE SOME REALLY NICE PARADOXS' AS OPPOSED TO SOME OTHERS OUT THERE.

From what I have heard Damian from DMBreeders(.com) and Pete
Kahl's animals were the factors in the Lipstick breeding. Damian
is a good friend and I have a sweet Calico Sunset 50% het Albino
from DM stock. Total ground floor project, like yours but just
opposite of appearance (yours-Albino, mine Super Hypo pos Het)

I truely hope this works out because as it sits, the Uncle of
this Calico Sunset (or some close relative) is a Paradox Albino
het Anerythristic that proved out het Anery, and something along
the lines of 30-50% Paradox Albino's. A little insight, I have a
feeling our animals are closely related

Would you like to see the receipt for the original purchases of the hypos het albino I got from Damien??? Before I went to see the original double hets I use to produce the "Lipsticks", I asked for "SALMON's Het ALbino"........I only wanted the hets from the salmon line. I was told by Damien they were from the "Salmon" line. When I saw the mother and the father, the mother certainly looked like a "salmon" and I purchased the babies I wanted. Damien's wife wrote out the receipt that identified them as salmon's het albino. Where do you think the Panamanian "rumor" comes from?? I breed those Double het females to a male coral albino to produce the "Lipstick" line animals and that coral male came directly from Pete Kahl. Where do you think the rumor they're bred with Panamanian's came from??? I'm puzzled???

Hey Tom, This all came from Damian, unless I got Super confused.
The main reason I got my Calico Sunset pos het Albino is because
'I thought' it was Paniamanian Hypo/Salmon influence that made
the Lipstick Line. I got your 06' female Pastel Sunglow #130 and
traded it for this Calico. I think I am now irritated. Maybe you
can OM me and I can cal you to discuss further?? Thanks Brother

IMO that is one of the nicest paradox albinos I have seen. I wish that boa could produce babies just like it.

I might be wrong but I thought even breeding a paradox to a paradox doesn't guarantee paradox babies or any babies that even show any signs of being different. It would just be like breeding a normal albino to a normal albino? I was told this by someone who has an amazing collection and has been breeding for many many years but I guess they could be wrong.

I had wondered the same thing for a long time and then figured, what tha hell...Ill do it myself , lol. Is that the only paradox you have? There are several totally different lines that have produced paradoxes that didn't come from any Panamanian bloodlines including Damian Salgado's. I also know of a few paradox X paradox breedings that produced all 'normal' non- paradox animals. I know of a couple unrelated Colombian X Surinam albino lines that have produced paradoxes.

Almost sounds like it is with crossing. I am not for sure, but
from what I recall the 'Lipstick' Line is from a Panimanian Hypo
bred to a Kahl Albino. That is good knowledge Shane, I really
appreciate it. Damian's Paradox Albino het Anery made Paradox's
to the sum of around 50%. My Calico Sunset Poss Het Albino I feel
will be the same.... meaning the Father of my Boa threw a BUNCH
of Calico/Paradox babies

0.1 russian tortoise (natasha)

0.1 king snake (q aka curly q or queenie)
2.2 'normal' ball pythons (zenith, butters, zahara, and shadow)
1.0 pink pastel colombian red tail boa (pheonix- because it means "deep red" hehe)

That looks like an incomplete Caramel Albino. Beautiful Boa!
There must be some relationship between the two.
