snake found in arizona

its really small with orange and black ringsthat go up the head with the tip of the nose being orange and the top of the head black, ne one have any clue?

it can prob fit on a quarter if it was curled up

That's a hatchling Banded Sand Snake (Chilomeniscus cinctus). Great find! Mike C.

It could also be Chionactis occipitalis
