lineaticollis Question

Joeycoco98 Aug 23, 2009 12:21 PM

I am thinking of getting a pair of these. From what I have read the care seems simple. How are they as captives? Do they have a good disposition or are they on the aggressive side?

Thanks,
Miller

It's different. i Have 3 of them. One of them is very gentle and the 2 others are always "work" with a open mouth.

Thanks for the reply, I have found with my pits the females tend to be the more aggressive. Do you find that to be the case with your three?

Not really. The gentle are a female!

Thanks for the input. Even though my females are more on the nervous side, I don't have any truly aggressive animals. I will dive in and hope my luck continues.

Thanks again,
Miller

My adults are a little squirly, but the babies I produced this year are flighty, but not aggressive at all. I'm sure with regular handling while growing up they would be calm snakes.
