As already stated, even more of an affect is the specific lines being used - aka other genes in the animals.
DH Sunglow x DH Sunglow will produce the same 4 phenotypes as DH Sunglow x Albino. They key difference being anything not visually Albino in the DH x DH will be pos het Albino while in the Albino x DH they are known het Albino.
The DH x DH pairing WILL produce some Super Hypo's (pos het Albino) and Super Sunglows along with Hypo's (pos het Albino) and Super Sunglows. IN both cases some of the Supers may be a small notch above the non Supers. But for most you won't be able to tell them apart.
IMO the DH x DH pairing is not worth all the possible hets you'd produce.
DH x DH
3/16 Sunglow (pos super)
9/16 Hypo (pos het Albino)
1/16 Albino
3/16 Pos het Albino
Albino x DH (keeping it in 16ths to easily see the difference)
4/16 Sunglow
4/16 DH Sunglow
4/16 Albino
4/16 Het Albino
