Hi! I would LOVE to start rescuing herps! But I'm afraid that is a ways off.

I do however, write about rescues in a newsletter w/a group of fine folk at www.zoocrewzone.com. It's a fab site and am proud to be a part of it!

If you, or any of y'all for that matter, would like to submit a rescue story, feel free to do so at mod_red@zoocrewzone.com and don't forget to sign up for the newsletter so that you can see your story in print (which copies do get sent to the Australia Zoo---we have contacts ).

I am enjoying this new forum and hope to learn alot from y'all so that I can start my own rescue sooner than later! Thanks again!!!

Cool! I can't wait! I love hearing all of these fab stories! Unfortunately, my 2 rescue attempts were literally squished by car/p/u truck just before I could dash into traffic to save them. I'm really put out over it, but I'm ALWAYS keeping an eye out for animals in need.
