Banded Corns

Hey everybody. Just had a quick question. Was wondering why you don't see very many people with banded corns. I know that might be a silly question, but I was just wondering. Thanks for your time and have a great day. K

not sure
They are selective bred so I would imagine it is just hard to get consistant results.

Jimmy is right on-from what I hear, banding is a difficult trait to "fix" so that it appears consistently .

agreed, because these take longer to produce and most are after the quick turn around of the simple recessive.

There are a few breeders that are producing low numbers of banded variety. If you ask around you will find them.
