i got a male normal and my female amel corn, well today i put them together so i could clean the female tank out. well he chased her around the tank, and could catch her. after he did et ahold of her he grabbed her with his mouth, not a bite more like a grab. is this normal? i have never bred my sankes as i want to wait till they get some size on them. what is up with this. they are not together after i saw this i seperated them. when i grabbed my male corn snake he did the same thing to me and wrapped his tail around my pinky finger. his little thing was out too. what is going on with this. i know king snakes bite each other but i didt think corns did.

thanks in advance
froggy

The next time the shuttle lands, lets all get dressed up in ape suits and charge at the astronaughts yelling and ranting. That way they can try to figure out where they took a wrong turn.

Don't worry, I've seen other people post messages about(and even pictures of) the male biting the female, and it's mentioned in The Corn Snake Manual as well.
