3-4in of cypress mulch for them to burrow in

I am gonna try feeding them tadpolls, I know thwy will except Rana but does anyone know about Bufo ?

Your setup sounds ok. I'd moisten the bottom 1" or so of bedding and keep a close eye out for skin problems.

As far as feeding, juvies LOVE Rana tadpoles. I've also had them eat small adult Hyla squirella and Hyla cinerea.

Report back on how they do for you. There is still a lot to be learned on the captive maintanence of Farancia.

That helps...I have 3 of the babies too. I am going to go get some rana tadpoles and possibly Hyla taddies as well ASAP. Need to get some pics up too...they are awesome looking little snakes. They didn't eat their salamanders though. Andy
