my perfect nice white healthy egg collapsed!....it grew some mold on the outside but doesnt smell yet....i think there was to much humidity because there was a lot of condensatrion on the top...i descovered this when i went to vent the container today(by the way im using albeys method)...The egg is still firm, if it doesnt rot is there a chance it will survive? thanks a lot....

They mold and collapse if they are infertile. Do you know if they were? How long has it been since they were laid? If you were using Albeys incubation methods correctly, and they were fertile, that shouldn't happen.

If you have a mold problem then take some athlete's foot powder (or something like it) and sprinkle it around but not on the eggs. The egg probably collapsed due to the mold, not the humidity. Don't use as much water from now on. Remember, it is easier to correct slight dehydration than it is to revive a molding egg.
