Not Much!!!!

Albino and Anery strip away most of the color so the color markers for hypo like tail blotch ring are not there. What you do see is the cleaner crisper pattern, little speckling and pinched saddles.

Moonglow on the left, Snow on the right....

I see that most of them yellow out as adults. But Some stay that color. I have a 6ft moonglow that is almost all white with barley any markings at all. I believe it was the anery gene used to keep that color.

rainbowsrus Sep 02, 2009 05:54 PM

in an adult Snow or Moonglow has nothing to do with the Anery or Albino gene. Makes sense to me that the amount of yellow in an individual animal is genetic but since most of what we see in normals is Black and red you don't know how much yellow is underneath. Only when you strip away the black and red does the yellow surface and then you know how much yellow is being expressed in the individual animal. I'd further speculate if you bred two "white" Snow/Moonglow's you'd have a pile of white babies. Conversely, breeding two yellow ones would produce yellow babies.
