hey yall...so tonight i fed the ball pythons. er, save for one because shes in shed cycle..
so i heated up my water and thawed out the rats. i went to feed butters and he didnt take the first one. i left it in there while i warmed a second (small rats). and i went to feed him the second rat and he missed and i thought he struck it so i let go. it landed in his water dish. after a few seconds he struck at it and ate it out of the water dish...ahahahha. im getting ready to feed him the second one. i dont have any med. rats...so i thought id try giving him 2 small rats.
he then tried to eat it tail first...not butt first, tail first...LOL...they are weirdos sometimes...
tonight the bf wanted to have snickers candy bar for desert. so we each got one. and i was eating mine and testing the rats to make sure it was warm enough. he said i was the only person hed ever known that would eat a candy bar with one hand and handle a dead rat with the other...LMAOOOO.....guess its not too often ya see a girl doing that, huh...
ohhhh...on a nifty side note- way OT-...i went out to let the dog back in and a fairly large bat swoooped near the porch. it kind of startled me. i stood there for a second but i didnt see it come back. i love bats too. they are very cool critters...
