Pastel X Pastel Clutch

snakewrangler69 Sep 02, 2009 09:38 PM

I love the screaming super pastel clutch! 1.1 super pastels and 0.3 pastels. The individual pic is of one of the knockout pastels.

Are you sure the pastel is a pastel and not a super pastel (your breeder male).
Two clutches of pastel x co-dom and no normals is just too lucky.

Awesome outcome though.

Good question. so,the pewter clutch has 2 normals from the pastel male, the 1.1 cinnamon got their genetics from the cinnamon female. But this clutch may have been sired by a different pastel. I'll check my records. Thanks.

Ooooooh. I assumed there were no normals. You just didn't take pics of them. Clever one. Haha.

Thanks for the post. Many of the pastels that I have produced in the past could pass as supers. They do hold their yellow coloring even into adulthood, especially the females. I attribute this to the outstanding bell-line pastel that was picked out by Chuck Knight. I bought my original pastel male, as well as many other high quality animals, from Chuck.

Well That head pattern on that one looks more like a super paster than a reg pastel. Thats pretty good line if the reg pastels look like that. Wow congrats
