In the respense posts after my hatckling desert 50/50 thread sep 3, pics showing siblings and parents were asked for, so here's a close-up showing the male.

Here's a pretty lousy pic showing my female desert cali. As you can see she's not entirely black in her dark bands, more like dark brown.

The male however, is very black & white and it seems like his genes are dominant.

No 1, 2, 9, 10 and 12 were more ordinary desert with more narrow white bands.

The sibs are beauties, solid black & snow white. Interested in knowing the locale history of the parents. Just wondering if there are any color differences between b&w's from the CA High desert and the CA low desert. My b&w male is from a high desert locale and his coloring is a bit like your female.

She was born 2003 in Germany. The male is born here in Sweden.
