A white phase retic is a clark line albino that can be one of three color phases: white, lavender and purple and is not compatable with the amel line.

The Amel's are a different line and start off yellow and white with the yellow fading with age(fades less for tigers and supertigesrs). Also called type 2 albinos

There some double het clark line/amels but i don't think a visible has been produced yet, unless theres some secret squirrel stuff going on.

im not sure if you meant the genetic difference or structural difference. as stated previous, white phase (clark strain) produces whites, lavenders, and purples. the amel (strain 2) produces itself.
structural or physical difference is the coloring is more white on the body, and the eyes are a deeper red
