Mazuri pellets???

Lokii Sep 09, 2009 02:15 AM

I read that some people feed the mazure tortoise pellets to their cuclura. I was wondering do you feed it dry or soften it up in water? If you feed it dry do you do anything to it? break it up or anything? It just seems the pellets are pretty big...Any help is appreciated thanks

In my lg Cyclura Iguana enclosures I keep a bowl of dry Mazuri in with them which they easily swallow. With smaller ones I use water to moist it up and selectively feed each group. The same goes for my het and albino Green Iguanas. In fact I use the moist mazuri to add supplements in for them....Thanks
