eschmit04 Sep 09, 2009 02:46 PM

Hey all so I want to know how you guys find some of these amazingly unique and beautiful Guyana's? I have seen a bunch on here recently that just blow my mind. Are there certain bloodlines, or specific locations to look for? Are you guys all breeders, that keep litter pics? I posted an image below I borrowed from a forum below that that I was really impressed with. Everyone on here has amazing animals I want to find my own I use kingsnake all the time and visit all the local shows..

thanks!

came out of that girls sister bred to an unrelated male 2 yrs ago this month. This 2 yr old will continue to gain contrast and color. The one you posted was approx. 6.5 ft long when I took that photo.

I personally am SO glad to see Guyana BCC getting the respect they deserve. For so many years, importers labeled less marketable BCC as "Guyana" and pretty BCC as Suriname. So Guyana BCC were given an undeserved reputation for being the dark ugly ones, while Suriname BCC were given an undeserved reputation for being the pretty ones. In reality, both localities produce "ugly" animals and "pretty" animals.

The picture you posted taken by Mike proves that Guyana BCC are ANYTHING but ugly!

Glad to see you're "joining the dark side" and becoming a Guyana lover! Don't worry, I won't tell anyone. It'll be our little secret!

She was part of this Guyana litter born 1 year, and 1 day ago:
