Specials?

Can someone post a pic of this "special" that makes a crystal?
And explain the difference between it and a normal, unless it's really noticeable.

Here is a photo of the "special" gene that Tom Baker discovered. When this BEL gene is combined with another BEL you make crystal mojaves, crystal lessers, super crystals, etc. It is not a common gene like yellowbellys. And i think it gets harder to spot as they age(more subtle).

So it's really the blushing and faded head that points it out?

Belly? Clear, spotted?

One thing I have to comment on, which I had already worked out with Bruce.... Are you guys still trying to rename a project that you did not originate? Calling Specials Crystals instead, etc... That is one thing I picked up out of your post yesterday that I did not respond to when you said "Crystal or "special" as Tom Baker calls them"????? Now again I see Crystal Mojave...

Saying Crystal Mojave is redundant... That is like saying a Lesser Platinum Queen Bee or a Spider Bumblebee... I orignally named the Crystals due to there iridescent look. A Crystal is a Mojave-Special period.... I named the Special due to the fact that it was not normal, just Special.

Also a Special is a Special... A Special is not named a Crystal...

At what point can we just start renaming projects that we did not produce! It is disrespectful and ridiculous!

Tom,

Sorry not trying to step on your toes. I Tend to say Crystal mojave because that tells people its not a Crystal Lesser(which i think you approved?). The naming scheme is cool but there have been some changes by you and it takes a little getting used to.Last year Anthonys snake was a supercrystal and this year it is now a Superspecial(i love the Supercrystal name). The toughest thing to explain to someone who isnt familiar with the project is the special name. Technically, the special name has been in use to describe UNPROVEN african imports that visually were different. So it takes alot of explaining. Sorry for that, will try and keep it straight..:}

If your asking what the Super form of Special looks like Here's a pic, like we said that is what's called a Super Special.
