Difference pulcher and semicinctus

What's the difference between Lystrophis pulcher and Lystrophis semicintus ?
I have looked at the WWW, but didn't find a clear answer.
Is the difference just as subtile as Lampropeltis triangulum sinalaoe and Lampropeltis triangulum nelsoni ?
