Egg Question Help!

I have been incubating a egg for about 3 weeks and had an issue with my incubator. The egg is still pink when u hold a light to it but the bottom of the egg is slightly caved in.. Is this egg dead or does it still have a chance. If so can someone help me nurse it back to health.
