Is spring mix and romaine lettuce ok for a sulcata?
I always recomend this when there is only one or 2 tortoises involved but you should also add grass clippings and/or broad leafy greens that you can find outside. Dandelion greens, Plantain and the like.

I would skip the romaine or just give some occasionally. It
has a bad phosphorous/calcium ratio and depletes the calcium
from them, something you don't want. Instead give lettuces
that are beneficial like escarole, endive, collard greens (very
high in calcium), turnip greens, mustard greens, and some
squashes also - zuchinni, yellow squash and green/yellow peppers.
As much dry grass as possible, and hay to keep the poop from
becoming runny which all those wet grocery greens will do.
I also feed mine Mazuri which is a Purina made zoo food for
large tortoises. I would recommend it over any other prepared
foods. If you like feeding spring mix, that's fine for now,
however my tortoise would eat 5 bags of that a day @ $3.00 I don't
think it's a long term thing! lol! Plus he'd still be grazing,
but for a baby in the winter it's OK. Give as much variety
as you can. I was able to purchase bunches of dandelion greens
(for human consumption) until that specialty grocery store closed.
