You may want to switch the lid to a screen top. How old is the RE? And how long have you had it? If you haven't had it long it could be still in the adjustment period and that's why it isn't eating yet. Try offering just a couple crix each night but other wise make sure that the enclosure is in a low traffic area and remove any uneaten food. Movements of the crix can cause a little stress to a froggie who's still trying to get used to its new home.
I wouldn't let it go more than 5 days without eating. If it still doesn't show interest you may want to take a fecal to a vet to be checked for parasites.
Day temps range 78-85 and evening temps 70-75. Make sure you turn the lights off at night as well, sometimes having a light on keeps them from eating. It's another stress thing.
