I thought I was going to have a slow season, but they keep coming. With ovulating today, this snake won't lay until November.

Mike the same thing is happening to me. I have one Fire, a visual Pied, and 2 normals bred to Calico's JUST OVULATE LAST WEEK. It seems now I hatch Ball morphs all year long...LOL

We have a strange season here in Florida. My last clutch last year was November 5th, I'm sure there will be some later this year. My boas were very early, who knows. See you at the show Saturday. Mike
Hey guys....when did you breed these animals? Were you breeding through August or did you stop earlier? I am just curious.
My last clutch typically is laid in June at the latest. I begin breedings in November and usually cycle through March. What is your schedule like to still get eggs in NOVEMBER??
Susan
I begin breeding in Oct and continue THRUOUT THE YEAR UNTIL THE FEMALE OVULATES. If I had stopped in May last year I would only have had 5 Pied clutches instead of 9! Periodically I introduce the desired pairings until ovulation occurs and get over a 80% success rate on ovulations....

I started in January with cooling. I was still breeding a month ago, I'm going to run a few males through again just to see if there is any action.

The Fire that ovulated was the one we talked about I bred to a Calico Mike. Does anyone out there have a pic of this cross as it's likely I'm going to have some?...Thanks in advance
